Wisconsin Supreme Court Strikes Down Lockdown
On Wednesday evening May 13, Republicans on the Wisconsin Supreme Court issued a broad order striking down that State’s stay-at-home order, which was issued by the head of the State’s Health Department to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Among other things, the court’s decision concludes that the State Health Department exceeded its authority by instructing people to stay at home, and by “forbidding travel and closing businesses” deemed nonessential. Continue reading here

Fresno Sheriff Won't Enforce Governor’s Orders
Another sheriff of an important county in California refuses to enforce the order of Gavin Newsom.
With the full support of the people of Fresno, Sheriff Margaret Mims said in a radio show that she is no longer enforcing the stay-at-home order.

Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims said Tuesday that she would not be able to enforce Gov. Gavin Newsom’s stay-at-home orders because she was too busy re-arresting accused criminals set free under the state’s new “zero-dollar bail” policy.
Mims appeared on the Trevor Carey Show, discussing the challenges facing law enforcement during the coronavirus pandemic, as well as the economic hardship. She pointed out that government employees were also vulnerable to the economic damage, because the decline in tax revenues meant that state and local governments would cut services.
Carey asked her: “I’ve heard multiple sheriffs around the nation state they will not enforce their governors’ shelter-in-place orders. Is that your position?
“That is my position. We do not stop the public to find out what they’re doing when they’re not sheltering in place. We don’t ask those questions, we don’t ask if they’re ‘essential’. We’ve got our hands full trying to re-arrest people that are released due to zero-dollar bail. So we’ve got other things that are on our mind that are more important than stopping normally law-abiding citizens.”
Fresno is the fifth-largest city in California and the hub of the state’s agricultural Central Valley. As of Wednesday, the county had recorded 1,014 coronavirus cases and 13 deaths. California adopted zero-dollar bail after criminal justice reform advocates argued that cash bail was discriminatory.

Tens of thousands of cases of the regular flu, nothing is shut down… Tens of thousands of auto accident deaths, no highway is shut down… Tens of thousands of drug overdoses, few drug dealers are pursued… Tens of thousands now addicted to prescribed opioids, no doctor is shut down…
Tens of thousands of abortions every year: Planned Parenthood is permitted to remain open, while churches are shut down… First-degree premeditated murder is an “essential service,” but to receive the Creator of the World is not “essential”…
This is a biological warfare attack to weaken and then conquer the world… This chaos emboldens “elites” in every country to implement the New World Order, rendering ordinary citizens slaves, while the barbarians, the anti-American Deep State and other traitors can finally crush the United States Constitution… The vaccine will finish the job…

Wearing a Mask & Living in Fear
Wanted to share this, sums it up well.
We are a Republic and that is meant to protect the individual and the rule of law of ONE... NOT the rule of majority herd-think people/MOB Rule!
Collectivism is coming directly out of the CCP.
STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING. THINK!!
If you want to stay home, stay home.
If you want to wear a mask, wear a mask.
If you want to avoid large crowds, avoid large crowds.
I am not required to descend into poverty for you.
I am not required to abstain from human contact for you.
I am not required to shop alone, without my kids, for you.
I refuse to participate in "quarantine life" until there's an unsafe, untested vaccine released in eighteen months.
I refuse to receive said vaccine to make others feel safer.
I won't set myself -- or my children -- on fire to keep you warm.
If you're convinced the vaccine is safe and effective, you can get it yourself.
Some of you are allowing fear and policies devoid of scientifically accurate data to destroy America and ruin your life.
I can't control your self-destructive behaviors, but we all have a say in America.
We need to tell legislators that we demand options.
We have a constitutional right to take risks. Life is full of bacteria and viruses -- many of which spread before symptoms manifest and after they subside.
We have a right to receive OR refuse vaccines.
The data was inaccurate at best; purposely overblown to justify government overreach at worst.
Stop allowing the government to destroy:
The Food Supply;
Small Businesses;
Medical Autonomy;
Access to Healthcare;
Religious Gatherings;
Education;
Privacy Rights;
Fellowship.
When the "new normal" is filled with starvation, depression, suicide, child abuse, domestic violence, imprisonment, governmental spying, and pure DESPERATION, the virus is going to look preferable to the world you helped facilitate.
I'm going to turn this around on people from now on.
Those that say I'm (or anyone that supports the mission to get us back open) putting money over lives wanting the country back open for business...
Hear this:
- YOU don't care about the people that will kill themselves out of hopelessness;
- YOU don't care about small businesses that'll close their doors (THEIR LIVELIHOOD) permanently;
- YOU don't care about the children/women/men that'll be victims of domestic abuse;
- YOU don't care about people defaulting on their mortgages;
- YOU don't care about bills going unpaid by families with ZERO income right now;
- YOU don't care about people wondering where their next meal will come from;
- YOU don't care about the people that'll lose their sobriety and slip back into alcoholism;
- YOU don't care about the people that will starve;
- YOU support the inevitable looting that'll take place;
- YOU don't care about anyone that's murdered the longer this shut down goes on;
- YOU don't care about people's mental health;
- YOU don't care about the children that DO need teachers and educators to guild & educate them;
- YOU don't care about the economy crashing down around us;
- YOU don't care about the men and women risking their lives (or that have LOST their lives) defending this country and our Constitution.
- YOU DON'T CARE.
- YOU love your shackles;
- YOU are pathetic begging your leaders for MORE shut down and MORE regulations.
I will NOT tolerate another person telling me that I don't care about lives.
*I* care about the situation in its entirety.
But YOU don't care about any of that so...
YOU stay home.
YOU wear a mask.
YOU live in fear.

'Mass casualty incident'

More than 600 doctors signed onto a letter sent to President Trump Tuesday pushing him to end the "national shutdown" aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus, calling the widespread state orders keeping businesses closed and kids home from school a "mass casualty incident" with "exponentially growing health consequences."
The letter outlines a variety of consequences that the doctors have observed resulting from the coronavirus shutdowns, including patients missing routine checkups that could detect things like heart problems or cancer, increases in substance and alcohol abuse, and increases in financial instability that could lead to "[p]overty and financial uncertainty," which "is closely linked to poor health."
"We are alarmed at what appears to be the lack of consideration for the future health of our patients," the doctors say in their letter. "The downstream health effects ... are being massively under-estimated and under-reported. This is an order of magnitude error."
