Bishop dances to wild Latin rhythms
To celebrate National Youth Day on October 28, 2025, Bishop Giovanni Crippa of Ilheus, Bahia, Brazil, took a class from the youth and quite quickly learned to dance a mixture of cha-cha and merengue. Then he gave a remarkable demonstration of his proficiency.Unfortunately, this is not what a successor of the Apostles and a Prince of the Church should do to attract people to Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Church, and help them to attain eternal life.
It reflects a new concept of religion no longer turned toward the Cross, but rather rejects it to fit into the world.
