Now, according to the news report below, the Pope says the recently deceased
Protestant is in heaven.
Founder "Has Attained Eternal Joy," says
Does this mean he jumped ahead of John Paul the Great? In fact, why do we
even need the canonization process anymore? Why should poor John Paul be
forced to go through the canonization process while the heretical Frere
Schultz got promoted in just one casual speech?

But everything is okay because, as the article reports, the Pope "showed
emotion" as he expressed his grief. That's all that counts in today's world
