The author of In the Murky Waters of Vatican II, Mr. Atila Sinke Guimarães, warns his readers that the edition of this book by TAN Books and Publishers, which is being advertised and sold by this company, DOES NOT HAVE HIS AUTHORIZATION. Since February 2000, the president of TAN, Mr. Thomas A. Nelson, has acted in open rupture of contract, disregarding Catholic Morals and International Copyright Law. The same warning applies to the separate TAN edition titled The Catholic Church and Homosexuality, which is the Appendix of In the Murky Waters of Vatican II.
