A woman parodying the Crucifixion

Women replace the crucified Christ

During Holy Week, a young woman makes a parody of the Crucifixion
in the Basilica of St. John, Berlin, above, in preparation for World Youth Day 2004. Replacing the cross of this strange crucifixion was another young woman.

The act took place near the altar of the Basilica during the Palm Sunday ceremony. Papal nuncio to Germany Erwin Josef Ender and the Cardinal of Berlin Georg Sterzinky were present. For details click here.

Soon the same practice spread to other parts of Germany, below.

It is the progressivist tendecy of presenting Our Lord Jesus Christ as a woman, and God the Father as a feminine divinity.
