Do pick up objects dropped by ladies
In the new barbarian world in which we live, women pretend to be like man, and men often act like children - badly raised children. Consequently, good manners regarding the care a man should have for ladies has been forgotten.
When a lady accidentally drops something, be a gentlemen and pick it up for her. It is what Catholic civilization taught us to do. She will be grateful for your thoughtfulness. Instinctively she will sense the satisfaction of having a man's protection in daily life and will feel more feminine. Follow the example of Prince Frederik of Denmark, who is doing precisely this - picking up the handkerchief of his wife, Princess Mary.
If you are a mother and are reading these comments, teach your sons to do this naturally; if you are a wife, ask your husband to read this column so he can get the message.
Gentlemen, make an effort to improve your habits. Do pick up objects dropped by ladies.
